About Imbras

One summer night several years ago, Bobby Boxley and his Scientific Games co-worker Kevin Houston found themselves deep in a discussion about the status of education in America. At the time, Boxley’s daughters were flourishing in their schools in a suburb of Atlanta, but he hadn’t been as fortunate; he had spent his formative years on the mean streets of the projects in Louisiana, and the experience had affected him for life. Determined to make a difference and to create a company that would promote education and make learning hip and fun, Boxley founded Imbras (pronounced “embrace”). This path eventually led to Bobby to explore the importance of the STEM fields of study and incentivized him to develop a product that would make STEM education fun and exciting for America’s next generation of students.
